Amsterdam, November 2025 — Designing Your Life Netherlands invites its community to become DYL Insiders — offering members early-bird access, exclusive content, and priority registration for upcoming programs. As an Insider, you’ll receive first-hand updates about workshops, retreats, and online events, often before they are publicly announced.

Insiders also gain access to curated resources, such as downloadable workbooks, reflection prompts, and video insights from facilitators. With limited seats in every workshop, being part of the insiders’ list helps secure your spot and benefit from special pricing.

Joining is free and only takes a minute. You can sign up via the website to stay connected with this growing movement of people designing intentional, purpose-driven lives.

In a world brimming with choices but often lacking clarity, Designing Your Life Netherlands stands as a beacon for those wanting more than just routine — for those yearning to create a life that resonates deeply with who they are. At its core, this initiative is about applying design thinking — traditionally used in product and service design — to the most important “product” of all: your own life.

Founded by Adis Sophie under the umbrella of Beyond Boundaries Consulting, Designing Your Life brings the widely celebrated framework from Stanford University into the Netherlands. The approach doesn’t rely on vague self-help jargon or wishful thinking; instead, it offers practical exercises, creative problem-solving tools, and a proven structure rooted in design thinking and positive psychology. As the website explains, participants get to explore their values, unearth limiting beliefs, and prototype possible futures in a tangible way.
